Viking Electric, a member of the Sonepar group, is hiring for a Warehouse Material Handler on a 1st shift in Minneapolis, MN. You will load/unload, scan inventory, and prepare orders for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 18+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs with assistance), and willingness to learn forklift and handheld scanning devices. Benefits and full-time hours are offered.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs with assistance).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction).
• Willingness to learn equipment operation (forklift/handheld scanner).
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload trucks and move boxes/materials using forklift, pallet jack, or similar equipment.
• Count, check and record items entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Scan barcodes/labels with handheld device to track inventory.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and route material for delivery or storage.
• Maintain product organization and prevent damage.
• Follow safety procedures to keep the warehouse secure.
