Viking Electric in Minneapolis is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler. The role supports fast, accurate order fulfillment by moving products from warehouse to customers, scanning items, and preparing shipments. You’ll work in a team-focused, safety-conscious environment with training provided for equipment operation.

The position is full-time with a 1pm–9pm shift, benefits, and a path to growth within the Sonepar family. Previous warehouse experience is helpful though not required.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for much of the shift.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract).
• Willingness to learn forklift and handheld scanner (training provided).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload trucks and move boxes/material using forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment (training provided).
• Count, check and record items entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Use handheld scanner to track inventory levels.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and route material for delivery or storage.
• Keep products free from damage and well organized.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure warehouse environment.
