Job summary

Viking Electric in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler for a full-time, 1pm–9pm shift. Pay ranges from $22.50 to $26.00 per hour with benefits and potential overtime.

You will move products from the warehouse to customers, loading/unloading, scanning, packing and routing materials for delivery. Qualified candidates are 18+, able to lift 50–75 lbs, and willing to train on equipment like forklift and scanners.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and safe handling of pallets.
• Experience in shipping and receiving processes preferred.
• Ability to count, weigh and record inventory accurately.
• Willingness to learn how to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with forklift and other equipment.
• Count and record items entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Scan barcodes with handheld devices to track inventory levels.
• Assemble, package and route material for delivery or storage.
