RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Lead Team Member in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coach the team, and ensure safe picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes across our Colorado facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or high-reach equipment.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and monitor daily warehouse activities to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Train and coach warehouse team members on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the warehouse team.
• Assist with loading/unloading, forklift operation, product relocation, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Conduct regular audits and address damaged or defective products promptly.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure all warehouse functions are completed efficiently.
• Maintain team focus, meet deadlines, and complete assigned projects.
