Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of all client account distribution to the CSR team.
• Delegate new clients and accounts to the team.
• Evaluate workflow and workload as appropriate.
• Provide supervision, training and professional development for all client relations team members.
• Manage workflows of incoming customer orders for each team member.
• Develop SOPs for the CSR team to utilize in day-to-day tasks.
• Establish goals for the team as a group and individually to enhance service.
