Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies and equipment. The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and adherence to safety guidelines.

You will supervise staff, develop schedules, and manage materials flow from receiving to shipping, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to operate standard warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Resolves issues in a timely and effective manner, on a moderate scope.
