Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to lead warehousing, inventory control, and distribution for a fast-paced data center manufacturing environment. You will optimize the full order cycle, implement policies and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety compliance.

Candidate should have 10–15 years in warehouse/logistics, a business or logistics degree, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to manage vendors, carriers, and internal process controls in

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ experience in a Warehouse/Logistics/Factory environment.
• Background managing logistics of a factory environment or similar.
• Inventory Control experience preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics or a related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• First-Aid or CPR certification would be an asset.
• Advanced MS Office, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in a computerized order entry and fulfillment environment.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems.
• Development of employees in Operations including training and performance reviews.
• Control of warehouse inventory, equipment and consumables; conduct physical counts.
• Develop materials schedules and coordinate efficient movement of materials.
• External communication with carriers, suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain high inbound/outbound transportation service levels at lowest cost.
• Manage vendor routing compliance, inbound lead times and costs; ensure internal controls.
• Work in a safe manner and report hazards or violations per health & safety policies.

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems
• Development of employees in Operations including training, achieving productivity standards, company policies and procedures, and annual performance reviews
• Control of warehouse inventory, equipment and consumables. Will conduct physical counts, reconciling with system
• Develop materials schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials
• External communication with carriers, consumable suppliers, service vendors, temporary labor agencies and third party logistics providers
• Responsible for maintaining high inbound and outbound transportation service levels and at the lowest possible cost
• Manage and monitor vendor routing compliance, inbound lead times and costEnsure ongoing compliance with internal process controls
• Work in a safe manner. Be conscious of safety on the job by adhering to the established health & safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation to the employer

Qualifications
