Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to build a brand-new facility in Peoria, Arizona. You will hire and train the team, run the systems, and report directly to leadership in a growing logistics and fulfillment company.

You’ll oversee receiving, inventory, and shipping across multiple client accounts, maintain white glove standards for fragile items, and drive safety and efficiency with ShipHero and Monday.com. The role offers strong growth as the site expands.

Qualifications

At least 5+ years in warehousing or distribution.
2+ years in a supervisory role.
Hands-on with WMS and analytics tools.
Experience hiring/training warehouse staff.
Familiar with high-value / fragile items handling.

Responsibilities

Build out the new facility layout, storage, workflows, and equipment.
Recruit, hire, train, and lead the warehouse team.
Set pace for quality, accountability, and safety on the floor.
Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping for multiple accounts.
Maintain white glove standards for high-value items and custom packouts.
Plan for high-volume periods like crowdfunding fulfillment.
Create and enforce SOPs; keep the facility organized and safe.
Manage ShipHero operations and track projects in Monday.com.
Monitor KPIs and report results to leadership.
Coordinate with Michigan team and clients on priorities.
