Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to build a brand-new facility in Peoria, Arizona. You will hire and train the team, run the systems, and report directly to leadership in a growing logistics and fulfillment company.

You’ll oversee receiving, inventory, and shipping across multiple client accounts, maintain white glove standards for fragile items, and drive safety and efficiency with ShipHero and Monday.com. The role offers strong growth as the site expands.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in warehousing or distribution.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on with WMS and analytics tools.
• Experience hiring/training warehouse staff.
• Familiar with high-value / fragile items handling.

Responsibilities

• Build out the new facility layout, storage, workflows, and equipment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead the warehouse team.
• Set pace for quality, accountability, and safety on the floor.
• Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping for multiple accounts.
• Maintain white glove standards for high-value items and custom packouts.
• Plan for high-volume periods like crowdfunding fulfillment.
• Create and enforce SOPs; keep the facility organized and safe.
• Manage ShipHero operations and track projects in Monday.com.
• Monitor KPIs and report results to leadership.
• Coordinate with Michigan team and clients on priorities.

Our client is an independently owned logistics and fulfillment company that handles warehousing, ecommerce orders, crowdfunding packouts, retail distribution, and white glove specialty packing. As they open a new facility in Peoria, Arizona, they are looking for a hands on Warehouse Manager to build out the site, hire and train the team, and run the systems behind it. This is a rare chance to shape a facility from the ground up, report directly to company leadership, and grow alongside an expanding business. The role offers strong growth potential. What You’ll Do

• Build out the new facility, including layout, storage, workflows, and equipment
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead the warehouse team
• Work alongside the team on the floor, setting the pace for quality, accountability, and safety
• Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping across multiple client accounts
• Uphold white glove standards for fragile, high value, and specialty items, including custom packouts
• Plan and manage high volume periods such as crowdfunding fulfillment
• Create and enforce standard operating procedures and keep the facility organized and safe
• Manage operations in ShipHero and track projects in Monday.com
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, on time shipping, and inventory accuracy, and report results to leadership
• Coordinate with the Michigan team and clients on priorities and special handling requests

What You Bring

• 5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience hiring, training, and developing warehouse teams
• Hands on experience with ShipHero or a similar warehouse management system
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, plus comfort with Monday.com and AI tools such as Claude
• Proficiency with mobile devices, scanners, and handheld warehouse technology
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for high quality service
• Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion
• Willingness to travel periodically to Michigan
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Background in 3PL, ecommerce, or crowdfunding fulfillment
• Experience opening or scaling a new warehouse facility
• Experience handling collectibles, luxury goods, or other high value products
• CRM experience

Details

Pay range: $60,000 to $85,000 depending on experience

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
