Core-Mark is seeking an organized Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products. You will manage inventory accuracy, layout optimization, and staff performance while enforcing safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include supervising 50+ associates, coordinating with Transportation and Customer Service, and ensuring cost-effective, accurate order fulfillment to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Lead 50+ associates and supervisors, including staffing, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Transportation, inventory, procurement, and Customer Service to meet demand.
