Job summary

Core-Mark, the leading distributor serving the convenience retail industry in North America, seeks a highly organized Warehouse Manager in the Pittsburgh area to oversee shipping and receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision.

You will optimize warehouse layout, drive safety programs, ensure accuracy, and partner with Transportation and procurement teams to meet customer demand while maintaining high performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience managing and/or leading a team in a warehouse setting.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
• OSHA forklift operator certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Identify and implement process improvements to maximize productivity and accuracy while reducing costs.
• Lead a team of 50+ associates and supervisors across a production shift; manage staffing, coaching, and performance.
• Coordinate with Transportation Manager to ensure efficient loading/unloading and timely deliveries; may operate equipment as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to address low stock, seasonality, and returns.
