Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager for 2nd shift in Glenwillow, OH. You will oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and safety compliance, leading 50+ associates and supervisors.

Responsibilities include process optimization, KPI-driven performance, coordinating with Transportation and Procurement, and ensuring accurate stock levels while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to maximize productivity, improve efficiency and accuracy and reduce cost.
• Manage and lead a team of 50+ associates and supervisors across an assigned production shift to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Partner with Transportation Manager to ensure efficiency within the overall operation and oversee workload scheduling and delivery of product.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement team around low stock items.
• Ensure building and equipment are maintained through supervising maintenance activities.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and procedures to create a safe environment.
