Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Leads a team of 10-25 associates, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Ensures accurate and timely order pulling and proper loading, with complete paperwork.
• Maintains first-in/first-out stock rotation and proper stock handling.
• Monitors productivity, suggests improvements, and uses warehouse tech to maximize efficiency.
• Enforces safety protocols and secures warehouse after shift if needed.
