Job Title: Warehouse Manager at Red Bull Distribution Company

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the management team with warehouse operations, including inventory management, fleet management, safety management, and daily operations aimed at operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse rotation of products.
2. Assist with daily inventory counts and tracking.
3. Oversee operations in the absence of the Operations Manager and handle warehouse access and security.
4. Manage warehouse rotation to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy.
5. Coordinate fleet vehicle scheduling and routine maintenance.
6. Inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly.
7. Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse.
8. Ensure nightly loading processes comply with policies.
9. Assist with cleaning, repackaging, and reintroducing products into circulation.

Safety:

• Create a safety culture through education and training.
• Advise leadership on safety compliance and preventative actions.
• Follow accident and injury reporting procedures.
• Inspect working conditions for compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
