Responsibilities include:
- Supervising a minimum of 1800 accounts and/or 10 employees across one or two depots.
- Enforcing organizational policies, procedures, and applicable Federal/State laws.
- Interviewing, hiring, training employees, and managing performance and discipline.
- Collaborating with the District Manager to ensure KPI achievement and safety compliance.
- Managing payroll, DOT compliance training, vehicle and equipment audits, and inventory reporting.
- Overseeing routing, service, installation activities, and ensuring SOP adherence.
- Handling communication, trip reports, workload adjustments, and timesheet approvals.
Candidate must have:
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with UltiPro Payroll, Inventory Control, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Clean driving record per NuCO2’s Safety Point System.
- Strong mechanical skills and basic building construction knowledge.
- Experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction is preferred.
