Job description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the RedBull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations, including inventory management, fleet management, warehouse safety, and daily operations aimed at operational excellence.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse rotation of products.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory counts and tracking of inventory on trucks and in the warehouse.
• Oversee operational activities in the absence of the Operations Manager and serve as a secondary contact for warehouse access and security.
• Manage warehouse rotation of products to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy, meeting Account Manager and customer needs.
• Coordinate fleet vehicle scheduling and routine maintenance; inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse.
• Ensure nightly loading processes comply with company policies.
• Assist with cleaning, re-packaging, and reintroducing products into circulation according to RBDC standards.
• Promote a safety culture by educating employees on safety standards and operating equipment safely through online and in-person training.
• Advise leadership on safety compliance and preventative actions.
• Follow all accident and injury reporting procedures, including entries into the Incident Management System.
• Inspect working conditions to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Details

• Travel up to 10%.
• Permanent position.
