Job summary

The role requires vendor management, leadership of an 11-person sanitation team, and strong CMMS, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.

You will manage space, leases, and construction services, ensure compliance, disaster recovery, on-call support, and maintain safe, reliable operations for a high-availability facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management and leading sanitation staff.
• Skilled in food-grade audits (AIB/SQF), forklift repair, and building systems.
• Proficient in CMMS work orders, reporting and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations including electrical, UPS, HVAC, plumbing, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead environmental services and security functions; manage vendor contracts.
• Coordinate space, lease and construction services for regional facilities.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity aligned with operations.
