Qualifications

• Preferred vendor management and team leadership of 11 sanitation staff.
• Skilled in food-grade audits (AIB/SQF), forklift repair, and broad mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and automotive tasks.
• Proficient in CMMS work order systems, reporting, and MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong leadership and technical capabilities to support efficient operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility services operations including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and data/voice infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor contracts such as HVAC, waste management, and elevator service.
• Provide on-call leadership 24x7 for critical facility operations and security.
