Qualifications

• Five or more years of equal work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in vendor management and team leadership of 11 sanitation staff.
• Skilled in food-grade audits (AIB/SQF) and related compliance.
• Proficient in CMMS work order systems and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance and sanitation operations for the Lancaster site.
• Manage vendor contracts and service levels to control costs and improve service quality.
• Lead 11 sanitation staff with safety, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate disaster recovery, business continuity, and facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
