Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Lancaster, TX seeks a Warehouse Maintenance & Sanitation Manager (Facility Services Manager) to oversee the building's physical plant, vendor relations, and sanitation programs.

You will lead 11 sanitation staff, manage leases and operating expenses, and ensure continuous operation for a major data center and call center. The role requires strong leadership, experience in CMMS and facilities systems, and a willingness to work on call.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• General H.S. subjects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Related field.
• Five (5) years or more equal work experience required.
• Travel DOT Regulated: No.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead environmental services and vendor management.
• Manage leases, operating expenses, and security functions.
• Direct day-to-day support for a 24x7 critical facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
