Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Maintenance & Sanitation Manager (Facility Services Manager) in Lancaster, TX to lead sanitation staff and facility operations for a major data center and call center.

The role requires strong vendor management, CMMS proficiency, and leadership across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 with full benefits and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in vendor management and team leadership of 11 sanitation staff.
• Skilled in food-grade audits (AIB/SQF), forklift repair, and a broad range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and automotive tasks.
• Proficient in CMMS work order systems, reporting, and Microsoft tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong leadership and technical capabilities support efficient operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Contact and lease management of Ryder facility under lease.
• Responsible for Space and Occupancy Management and design of construction services for regional administrative facility.
• Provide leadership for physical plant services of building infrastructure (electrical, UPS, generators, HVAC, plumbing, data/voice wiring).
• Provide leadership for exterior and interior landscaping and Environmental Services team.
• Manage contracts such as HVAC, waste management, elevator service and other disciplines.
• Lead Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity program to ensure constant operation.
• Manage Food Services Director and staff of Business Dining Service provider.
• Oversee day-to-day office services and processing of facility payables.
• Administer day-to-day security functions including visitor access and badge controls.
• Position on-call 24x7 due to facility criticality.

Education

HS diploma/GED required

Bachelor's degree preferred
