Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; general HS subjects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Five+ years of equal work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leases and space/occupancy management for Ryder facility.
• Lead facilities team and external vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related infrastructure.
• Oversee security, mail, shipping/receiving, and general office services.
• Manage Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity and food service coordination.
