Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Loss Prevention Specialist to protect assets at the Philadelphia Distribution Center. You will monitor access, conduct investigations, and support safety and shrink reduction, reporting to the Loss Prevention Supervisor.

The role requires experience in LP or security, the ability to work Friday-Sunday 7:00am–7:30pm, and proficiency with CCTV and Microsoft Office. TJX offers benefits and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• Relevant LP/security experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or on track.
• Military or law enforcement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets including people, property, and information.
• Conduct theft investigations using CCTV and covert equipment.
• Monitor access, alarm systems, and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory and shrink reduction initiatives.
