Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a Store Loss Prevention Associate in West Norriton Township, PA. You will help protect assets, deter theft, and support store safety through collaboration with management.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer and time-management skills, plus investigative/analytical abilities. Starting pay ranges from USD 14.55 to 20.40 per hour, with associate discounts and comprehensive benefits.

• Adheres to established shoplifter guidelines and policies.
• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers.

• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Ensures apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity.
• Completes and distributes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintains appropriate evidence and understands law enforcement procedures.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Encourages Associate use of shrink reduction resources.
