Marshalls in Milford, CT, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate to support store safety and shrink reduction. You will complement store management, perform apprehensions within policy, and coordinate with team on damage and theft initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters theft within policy.
• Communicates with store Associates on shrink initiatives.
• Coordinates shrink related activities with Store Management.
• Completes and distributes paperwork accurately and timely.
