Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Loss Prevention associate in Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will complete daily loss prevention tasks, support safety programs, and build positive relations with Store Management and Associates.

You’ll identify and address theft concerns and participate in investigations as needed. The role requires strong communication, basic computer and time-management skills, and flexibility to support business needs.

• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
