Kroger DC Paramount is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, selection and loading operations in Paramount, CA. You will lead hourly associates, model our safety standards and drive productivity while maintaining workload balance and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School or greater education (degree preferred).
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Highly motivated, energetic with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and propose solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with fellow supervisors and Manager on daily operational activities.
• Promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan production/staffing needs on a daily, weekly, period basis.
• Collaborate with other areas to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements/expectations.
• Conduct meetings with hourly associates.
• Oversee the personnel records for all associates.
• Help develop and train hourly associates.
• Generate distribution/service center productivity reports and manage labor hours within budget.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and complete performance reviews.
