Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisors and Manager on daily operational activities.
• Manage safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan production and staffing needs on a daily/weekly basis.
• Collaborate with other areas to maximize productivity.
• Monitor order accuracy requirements and expectations.
• Conduct meetings with hourly associates.
• Oversee personnel records for all associates.
• Develop and train hourly associates.
• Generate productivity reports and track labor hours against budget.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; perform performance reviews.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
