Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Highly motivated, energetic and able to address issues with urgency
• Strong analytical skills with ability to report and propose solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Communicate with fellow supervisors and the Manager on daily operational activities.
• Promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan daily/weekly staffing needs.
• Collaborate with other areas to maximize productivity.
• Meet order accuracy requirements/expectations.
• Conduct hourly associate meetings.
• Oversee personnel records for associates.
• Develop and train hourly staff.
• Generate productivity reports and track labor hours to meet budgets and goals.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
