The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in warehousing.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1+ year supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience leading hourly employees in a fast-paced operational setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assign daily work activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members, salaried staff, and union representatives.
• Monitor inbound and outbound material flow to ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Complete employee timekeeping and daily operational reports.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with labor agreements, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide leadership support across warehouse operations as required.
• Work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and different shifts when business needs require.
