Job summary

Kroger is seeking a driven supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of receiving, selection and loading of product, while sustaining productivity and modeling the company values.

You will communicate with fellow supervisors and managers, plan staffing weekly, promote safety and sanitation, monitor order accuracy and coach hourly associates.

The role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, proficient MS Word and Excel, and a High School diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or higher; degree preferred.
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to report and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
