Qualifications

• Experience with order selection, shipping, and receiving.

• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties rather than desk work.

• Ability to work on-site and support daily operational requirements.
• Willingness to learn production processes and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work progress and help resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow established procedures for product handling, quality, and safety.
• Support employee training and help maintain efficient warehouse operations.

• Experience working in a high-volume distribution center.
