Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven leadership in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Mentor team, coordinate with Operations Supervisor, and address employee issues to maintain communication.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure quality/compliance, and produce detailed operational reports for decision-making.
