Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Process Assistant/ Warehouse Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in the United States. This role manages daily operations of the Logistics Center, ensuring cost-effective delivery of internal and external customer needs, while fostering a productive, efficient environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics, proficiency with WMS, and the ability to mentor teams, monitor KPIs, and prepare detailed

Qualifications

Minimum of 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and monitoring KPIs.
Proven ability in conflict resolution and managing team dynamics.
Physical requirement to lift at least 40 lbs; background check and drug screening after offer.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operational flow by overseeing shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining inventory.
Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to train staff and address issues.
Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by mentoring staff and reporting KPIs.
