• 1–2 years of proven leadership in a warehouse/logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide training, and address issues to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by mentoring staff, monitoring KPIs, and preparing operational reports for decision-making.
