Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team. You will provide excellent customer service, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure smooth, compliant daily logistics processes.

You will join a dynamic team focused on executing seamless supply chain workflows and maintaining high data integrity to support our clients' global logistics needs.

Qualifications

• Established experience working within logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain management environments.
• Solid knowledge of IT software and contemporary warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse customer and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, process orders, and maintain logistics documentation.
• Coordinate across internal teams, hauliers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth workflows and stock visibility.
• Update warehouse databases, generate management reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
