Qualifications

• 1–2 years leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (fulfillment or e‑commerce).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and KPI tracking.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics effectively.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to train staff and address employee issues.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by mentoring the team and reporting KPIs.
