Job summary

Pride Global is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support daily operations in our Logistics Center in the United States. You will assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory movement, and general warehouse activities while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Experience using RF scanners or WMS is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and work standards.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, walking, and repetitive movement.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update transactions.
  • Verify product accuracy and condition during handling and processing.
  • Prepare products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging.
  • Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and work performed.
  • Follow company safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and performance targets.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and assist in different operational areas as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
