Job summary

PrideNow is seeking a Documentation Specialist to maintain and update electrical documentation for a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Fremont, CA. You will manage panel schedules, one-line diagrams, CAD drawings, and as-built records, ensuring accuracy and current reflectivity of field changes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Facilities, and Operations to ensure QA/QC, revision tracking, and controlled PDF distribution, supporting project closeouts and document

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in relevant field.
• Experience with electrical panel schedules, one-line diagrams, or distribution docs.
• Knowledge of EasyPower or Tririga preferred.
• Strong documentation and revision-control skills.

Job description

• Maintain and update electrical documentation, including panel schedules, one-line diagrams, EasyPower models, CAD drawings, and as-built records.


• Review approved engineering and field changes and ensure documentation accurately reflects current facility conditions.


• Perform QA/QC reviews, revision tracking, document control, and records management.


• Support Engineering, Construction, Facilities, and Operations teams by providing accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.


• Incorporate project closeout information into facility as-built documents and maintain organized electronic document repositories.

What You'll Do

• Update electrical panel schedules in Excel and electrical distribution models in EasyPower.


• Use AutoCAD to maintain floor plans, space information, and facility drawings.


• Review construction and engineering documents, verify field conditions, and coordinate updates across multiple technical disciplines.


• Generate and distribute controlled PDF documentation and maintain accurate revision histories.


• Participate in facility walkthroughs and support project closeout and document requests.

Skills

• Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process.


• Experience with electrical drawings, panel schedules, one-line diagrams, and technical documentation.


• Knowledge of EasyPower or Tririga preferred.


• Understanding of electrical distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and panelboards.


• Familiarity with SharePoint, Bluebeam, and document management systems.


• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering Technology, Drafting, Facilities Engineering, Document Control, or a related field.


• Experience working with electrical panel schedules, one-line diagrams, or electrical distribution documentation
