Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Loader to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks, using forklifts or pallet jacks. The role involves following load sheets, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, wrapping pallets, and handling documentation. Prior warehouse experience and the ability to lift 20–45 pounds per case are required; regular attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience driving a forklift.
• Experience with loading/unloading pallets and rack systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain safety.
• Regular, reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
