Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets for bulk and route deliveries. You will operate a forklift or powered pallet jack, build loads per load sheets, and ensure accuracy and documentation compliance.

The role requires lifting 20–45 pounds per item, standing for long periods, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Primary duties include loading/unloading, wrapping pallets, and staging shipments for local delivery with attention to order correctness and reliable

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 20-45 lbs repeatedly and perform standing/walking duties for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or powered pallet jack to build pallets per load sheet.
• Mark loads with tickets for out-of-stock items.
• Wrap pallets after loading and ensure secure packaging.
• Submit paperwork with orders before loading and have trucks checked.
• Stage pallets for loading and load into trucks as ready.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and demonstrate reliable attendance.
