Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Person (Loader) to hand build pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will operate a forklift or power pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role involves lifting 20-45 lb cases, standing for long periods, and maintaining clean, organized storage areas while meeting daily workload demands across multiple truck types.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (order picking, staging)
• Experience driving a forklift or powered pallet jack
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and shifts

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick equipment
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
