Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Loader to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks. The role requires standing, lifting 20–45 lb boxes, operating a forklift or pallet jack, and following load sheets to ensure order accuracy and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse/picking environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–45 lb repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with the order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
