Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Loader to build pallets for bulk, local deliveries and route trucks. You will operate a forklift or power pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure accuracy and safety in all staging and loading tasks.

Excellent physical stamina is required as you lift 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, stand and walk for long periods, and maintain clean, organized work areas under varying weather conditions. Teamwork and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, powered pallet jack/forklifts).
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks and working with racking systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when finished and stage into truck.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
