Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a warehouse associate at PBNA to hand-build pallets for bulk loads and route trucks. This labor-intensive role uses a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack and requires careful attention to loading accuracy and safe operations.

Responsibilities include following load sheets, staging pallets, wrapping loads, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting daily demand with 20–45 lb cases. Regular attendance is essential.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Able to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Have regular, reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
