Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate to hand build pallets for bulk and route shipments. The role involves forklift or power pallet jack operation, ensuring load accuracy, and following shipper/receiver documentation.

You will stage pallets, wrap and load them for local deliveries, while maintaining a safe, clean work area. Physical work includes lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing and walking for long periods, and adapting to varying shift hours based on workload.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse/picking environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–45 lb repeatedly throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to pick area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
• Wrap pallets when finished and stage/load into truck.
• Complete paperwork and ensure accuracy of loads for shipper/receiver documents.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Regular attendance and reliability is required.
