Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Loader to join our team in York, PA. You will load orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores on a fast-paced shift, working with RF devices and voice headsets to ensure accuracy and safety. Training is paid, and benefits begin on day one.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 60 lbs, and occasional overtime or weekend shifts, with a 3rd shift schedule and full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Inspect trailers before loading product.
• Verify loading of orders with RF handhelds/voice headsets.
• Load pallets and secure them properly to trailers.
• Complete equipment inspections and required forms.
• Lift varying case weights up to 60 lbs and handle OH work.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour + Incentive pay when you graduate training!

• Full Time - 3rd Shift - 8:30pm start until done (4 - 10s)

• Schedule will include weekend shifts

• Overtime / 5th day required as needed

• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment

• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product

• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets

• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages

• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form

• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
