Job summary

ES3, LLC in York, PA is seeking a Warehouse Selector to pick, pack and prepare orders for local customers. You will stand for long periods, operate a walkie-rider or pallet jack, and ensure accurate orders while following safety procedures.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential; after training, $24.00 per hour with uncapped incentive potential. Top performers earn $35+ per hour on the incentive plan. Night shift, 4‑day work week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Experience with order picking and safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using order sheets or headset.
• Stacking items on pallets for loading and shipping.
• Ensuring order accuracy and following safety standards.
• Operating a walkie-rider or pallet jack to move products.
• Applying labels and wrapping products securely.
• Informing supervisor of any discrepancies in quantities.
• Performing basic equipment inspections and documentation.
• Frequent lifting of varying weights during shifts.
• Adhering to all material handling SOPs.

As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather & organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Job Description

• Starting total Pay of $22.50 per hour ($22.00/hour base + $.50 shift differential)

• After Training, rate increase to $24.00 /hour plus uncapped earning potential through performance incentive! Top Performers earn up to $35+ per hour!

• Full Time - Night Shift

• 4 day work week - multiple shifts available (6:30PM - 4:00AM or 8:00pm to 6:30am)

You will contribute by:

• Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset

• Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors

• Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards

• Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)

• Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damages

• Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description

• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form

• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
