Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring a Loader Formula in Glen Allen, VA. Sunday–Thursday with rotating Fridays, 5:30 PM until work complete. You will move items into trailers using forklift or pallet jack and prepare pallets for shipping in a safe, efficient workflow.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of warehouse experience. You must be able to lift up to 90 pounds, work in multi-temperature environments, and pass post-offer checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Must be able to lift 10–35 pounds and reach, with practical ability to lift up to 90 pounds as needed.
• Able to work overtime and varied shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Locate proper trailer slots, secure loads and ensure labels are in place.
• Remove empty pallets and inspect pallets for damage.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep areas clean and safe.
• Follow safety policies and complete required paperwork at shift end.
