Job summary

Vistar in Greensboro, NC seeks a Loader Formula to move goods into trailers and prepare pallets for shipping. You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks, follow a loading plan, and ensure accuracy and safety throughout the shift. A hands-on role supporting America's food distribution system.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and efficient handling of outbound freight, with a focus on productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse/distribution work.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly through shift.

Responsibilities

• Transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Locate trailer slots, set and secure loads for shipping.
• Inspect and move pallets, wrap with cellophane, maintain clean work area.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Complete paperwork and assist others as needed.
